Terms and Conditions.

Pricing includes all meals, beverages, taxes & gratuities, transfer, and spa treatment, and all life coaching sessions and yoga classes.

Cancellation Policy

• The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is canceled up to 21 days before the arrival date.

Reservations made by private groups and agents are also subject to these conditions.

If you have special dietary requirements it’s a good idea to communicate to the organizer when making a reservation.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Samos International Airport “Aristarchos of Samos” (SMI). You will be asked for all the details of your flight before you come so that our team can meet and welcome you at the airport. Flights are not included in the price. We provide information on low fares to Athens and Samos. More details will be given for flights upon booking the retreat.

Prices are per person, including accommodation in a luxury villa with breakfasts, lunches, and dinners in the best restaurants of the region and fully escorted sightseeing.

There is a possibility to book a double room for single use for an extra charge. There is a possibility to book out the room for two persons. When a single person books a shared room, we determine the further occupancy of the free beds.

PASSPORTS & VISAS

All visitors to Greece must present a passport valid for at least six months from the date of travel. Visa requirements for entering Greece vary significantly from country to country.

ELECTRICITY

Electricity is supplied at 230 volts. Power outlets are Type C (Euro) and F (Schuko).

Check-in is at 3pm, local time; check-out is at 12pm, local time.

WEATHER

Greece has a typical Mediterranean climate, with year-round sunshine and hot, dry summers. Winters in the island regions (including Samos) are refreshingly mild; thanks to warm temperatures, you can still swim in the sea in early-mid October.

Greek is the country’s official language, but English is also widely spoken.
